Before getting in touch with us, a few points of clarification:
• Neither The TV Room or The TV Room Plus has any direct connection with any of the broadcasting organisations featured on their pages. If you wish to comment on any aspect of a broadcaster's output, you will need to contact the broadcaster directly.
• We do not provide video/DVD copies of material featured on the site.
• Please do not write requesting further background information on a particular subject. Due to time constraints, we cannot enter into that type of correspondence. We make every effort to include as much background material on the sites as possible.
• We do not supply contact details or publicity shots for announcers or presenters.
• If you wish to supply video material, we accept only VHS or DVD formats. Such material can be returned if required. PC formats such as AVI, Real Media, Windows Media and Quicktime will not be accepted.
• The TV Room and The TV Room Plus are hobby sites. They are updated as and when time permits. Please do not contact us to ask when specific material will be added to the sites. It is not possible to give timeframes. Any plans that we may have for the sites (which we wish to make public) will be published on the respective site front pages.

The form-based system allows for anonymous contributions; this is particularly useful for industry insiders who may like to supply tip-offs regarding key presentation changes, such as the launch of a new ident. However, in such circumstances, we would recommend that a codename be supplied, as a means of determining the authenticity/usefulness of submissions, where information is provided on a regular basis.
