Break Stings [1]
Five break stings.
Break stings have been listed here under two categories: category A - a one second animation that appears at the start of a block of commercials, and also between each commercial; category B - two to three second sequences that occur at the start of a break in a programme and again immediately before rejoining the programme.
A typical sequence of events would be as follows:
- End of part X of a programme
- Category B sequence
- Promotional trail(s)
- Category A sequence
- Commercials (each commercial separated by a Category A sequence)
- Promotional trail(s)
- Category B sequence
- Rejoin the programme
Category B sequences are not used between the end of one programme and the start of another.
